    Based on the true story of Erwin Rommel, a field marshal of the Nazi Army during World War II, who rose to infamy and great respect amongst comrades and foes during the North African campaign of the war, one of the longest campaigns of the entire war. The format of the release was a four-part television documentary, starring and with commentary by John Huston and also full of interviews with veterans and witnesses.
