Description
Purpose:Use this back saver for 15 minutes and you will never want to go back to bending over. Limit the number of time you have to bend down to pick up your disk. This putting aid will limit this back breaking chore and make practicing your putting stroke fun while making you a better putter.
"Teach someone to fish":
I also created this product to help disc golfers create extra income to help them get into their next tournament, league night, buy disc golf equipment, or help pay off bills. Regardless of the reason, they too can copy what I have created and customize it and charge what they think is appropriate. The sky is the limit to your customization. This design is simple to build with parts you can buy at your local hardware store.
Customize:
You are only limited to your imagination. Whether you want to paint it to match your favorite team colors, apply your favorite stickers, or design a better quick disconnect, the possibilities are endless. One I created was painted in a camo green and black, I used a glue gun to place hot glue dots on the handle for more grip and tethered both ends with paracord. The l
ength
can also be modified to accommodate a persons height.
What you get:
The putting aid is constructed out
of a 1/2 inch PVC pipe. One half of the putting aid consist of a suction cup on one end and a PVC coupler on the other. The other half of the putting aid connects to the PVC coupler. This extends the putting aid to about 34 inches.
Instructions:
This putting aid can pick up all types of disc from Ultimate discs to Disc Golf discs. Gently press down the suction cup on to the disc to create suction. Ensure you have the Nub on the suction pointing away from you. Lift your disc to your other hand. To release the suction just use your other hand, grab the disc, and use your thumb to lift the Nub. Just like all suction cups what limits the suction is dust, debris, and any raised lettering identifying the disc. When this occurs use your practice aid to flip the disc to the other side or to help remove the dust, clean off the suction cup, and try again.
