Award-winning artist Terri DeHetre is best known to doll collectors for her portraits of real children.  With Baby Bunting, as with all of her dolls, Terri has captured the emerging personality of a real baby.  See the smile lines beneath her big blue eyes and the dimples of her rosy cheeks, and the creases of her chubby hands.
Baby Bunting has a Stuffed, cloth body with porcelain face, arms,hands, legs, and feet.
She is dressed in her flannel flap-seat jammies and rabbit hat.  She has her very own plush rabbit to keep her company.
Originally purchased in 1991 her jammies have slightly faded.
She was  nominee in 1990 for the Dolls Awards of Excellence.
